If it isn't for you, say so early.
A cohort course is a commitment on both sides. This is written to be usable rather than defensible, so the rule is short and the dates are absolute.
Before the cohort starts
Full refund, no questions, any time before the start date. Email us from the address on your account and we return the whole amount through the same channel you paid with.
In the first two weeks
Full refund. This is the window that matters: two weeks is long enough to have sat a live session, run a notebook, and found out whether the pace and the level are right for you. If they are not, we would rather you left with your money than stayed out of politeness.
You keep nothing after a refund — access ends, and any certificate is void. That is the only condition.
After the first two weeks
No refund. By then the teaching is spent: the sessions have run, the instructor time has been committed, and the cohort has been sized around the people in it.
There are two exceptions, and we apply them without argument. If a documented medical or family emergency stops you continuing, we move your seat to the next cohort at no cost. If we cancel or materially change the course after you have paid — a different length, a different syllabus, a start date more than four weeks later — you get a full refund whenever that happens.
If you fail the Module 0 check
Only AI for Drug Discovery has an entry check, it can be retaken as many times as you like, and your best attempt counts. If you decide the course is not for you because of it, that is a refund under the rules above — being unable to clear it is not a separate case and does not forfeit anything.
If it turns out the Bootcamp suits you better, we move the money across and you pay the difference, or we refund it. Your choice.
How to ask
Email aisynthlabs@gmail.com from your account address with the payment reference from your receipt. It is on your account page. We reply within three working days and refunds land in five to ten, depending on your bank.
Currency
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, for the amount you paid. We do not carry exchange-rate movement in either direction — if the naira has moved since you paid, you get your naira back, not a converted figure.
