A collective, not a course you buy your way into.

Free to join and reviewed by a team. You bring a paper or a question; the community brings the room, the schedule, and colleagues to explore the method with you.

The mission

Breed the judgement that decides which number to distrust.

Biomedical science has no shortage of tools and no shortage of papers. What it is short of is people who know, on sight, that a split was wrong, that a metric was chosen after the fact, or that a pose means nothing on its own.

That judgement is not taught from a textbook. It is picked up by reading papers out loud in front of people who will stop you when you are about to accept a result you should not , and that is what the club is for. The full argument is in the manifesto.

Counts come from the community database rather than being written on this page. We do not publish a country count — nothing in the community records one, and a plausible-looking figure would be worse than none.

Journal Club

One paper at a time, chosen by the members and walked through end to end. A presenter shares the method and where they got stuck, and the room unpacks the science together.
